Crystal Awakenings

Art has always been part of Alexandra's life, and from an early age it was a way for her to escape into her imagination, to focus and quiet her mind, and most of all to connect to her spirit. Alexandra is a self-taught watercolor artist and she delights in painting flowers. She is captivated by their vibrational essence and thinks watercolor is the perfect medium to express their translucent qualities. She uses high quality paper, 300lb Fabriano Artistico, which can hold her technique of applying numerous layers of color.

Alexandra would like to give the viewer the feeling of a flower's radiance and grace of presence.
